Miss Lohan has been sentenced to 90 days in jail, although she will only serve 25% of that time if she behaves herself. But after that she has to do a 90 inpatient rehab program, which let's face it is what the girl needs. What doesn't make sense is why she doesn't get put in rehab first. In fact why don't the authorities start combining the two.
